Can you believe it has been 25 years since we first met? Karen and I remember when you wired our house 25 years ago and to this day have fond memories of a young electrical contractor that did such an outstanding job. And since that time became a dear friend, as well.
As you might not know Eric, Our development/construction company in Illinois and Florida reached the top 5% in dollar volume in the nation. Well, that is true and I happened to be the one negotiating and approving all of the contracts with all of our contractors.
Had we known you then you would have been number one on our list regardless if it was electrical. In fact, we would have had you join us and run our entire job, as well.
Throughout the years, even though you have graduated to larger jobs, you have been kind enough to take our small jobs and that of our recommendations to friends.
